Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of MAC layer algorithms and protocols.
• Develop and optimize mesh networking architectures and routing protocols.
• Conduct performance analysis and simulations of wireless communication systems.
• Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to integrate software solutions.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Requirements

• Strong background in wireless communication and networking protocols (e.g., IEEE 802.11, Zigbee, Bluetooth).
• Extensive experience with MAC layer development and optimization.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
• Experience with network simulation tools and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with various mesh networking standards and topologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
