The Director, Patient Advocacy, for Hypoparathyroidism leads the development and execution of Calcilytix’s patient advocacy strategy in support of clinical development and commercialization, while safeguarding long-term patient trust and community relationships. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Patient Advocacy for Calcilytix, this role drives engagement across the International Hypoparathyroidism community, ensuring community insights inform company strategy and decision-making. The Director oversees external international partnerships and educational initiatives, strengthening meaningful outreach across the region. As a strategic cross-functional partner, this leader collaborates with clinical development, medical affairs, commercial, and market access teams to integrate authentic patient perspectives into planning and execution. The role also champions a patient-focused culture within the international organization by elevating international community insights and ensuring regional perspectives inform strategy. Resposanbilities Develop and execute a comprehensive international patient advocacy and engagement strategy aligned with the Calcilytix hypoparathyroidism portfolio, ensuring patient and community insights meaningfully inform clinical development and commercialization planning.
