To learn more about our story and company culture, visit us at https://bridgebio.com What You’ll Do You will report to the VP, Head of Market Access, International and work closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial International, and Launch Excellence colleagues across Bridge Bio’s international markets, to drive strategic initiatives that support Bridge Bio’s mission of delivering transformative medicines to patients globally. Your primary purpose will be to lead the international HEOR strategy, generating and leveraging health economic and outcomes research evidence to secure timely, sustainable patient access to the company’s products. This includes oversight of HTA submissions, value dossiers, and real-world evidence studies across multiple international markets. In this role you ensure alignment of HEOR priorities with clinical value, launch timelines, and market access strategy. You will also be a core member of the International Market Access team, contributing HEOR and evidence-generation expertise to global decision-making and ensuring alignment across regions while representing diverse market perspectives. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure high-quality execution and impact. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in health economics and outcomes research across several international markets and experience supporting the introduction of innovative therapies in a global biotech environment. You are eager to make a meaningful contribution in pre-launch and launch phases, particularly within rare diseases and orphan conditions, and bring strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
