Key objectives include:Implementing the strategic direction and achieving targets as defined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Ensuring compliance with all relevant national and international regulations and certifications (e.g. ISO 9001/14001)Efficient and high-quality management of the assigned vessels and teams, including continuous improvement of processes and customer satisfactionBuilding, maintaining, and developing sustainable customer relationshipsOverseeing and managing daily business operationsLeading and developing teamsEnsuring company certification and compliancePromoting quality and process optimisationRepresenting the company to clients, partners and service providersYour profileDegree in a technical or business disciplineAt least 10 years of leadership experience in the maritime sector including technical ship management with a solid understanding of third-party ship management requirementsProven leadership and people management capability in complex operational environmentsHigh self-motivation and clear result orientationExcellent communication, persuasion and presentation skillsInnovative spirit, willingness to embrace change, and hands-on mentalityStrong customer focus and service mindsetStrategic perspective with the ability to make decisions under pressureInspiring teams and driving change, visible and present as a leaderBecome a valued member of our team, where every day presents new opportunities for learning and development.
