About the Role

JOIN OUR TEAM

As B2B Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing our B2B sales strategy and driving growth in France and Belgium. Your primary focus will be to acquire new clients through targeted sales initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and contribute to building this exciting and fast-growing business area. The position is permanent and based in Germany (Munich or remote).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and grow our B2B customer segment by establishing strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and project developers, and by positioning our products as a preferred choice in their client and project workDevelop and grow existing accounts in France and Belgium to reach our sales targets for the respective regionLead the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and pitching to project close, using data and AI-supported tools to identify opportunities and optimise pipeline managementSupport the development of large-scale B2B projects and help establish internal processes to scale the architecture and design businessDevelop and implement retention and upselling initiatives for your region, while continuously monitoring and improving customer satisfactionCollaborate with senior leadership on key presentations and represent the company at professional events, conferences, and trade fairs

YOU COME WITH

3+ years of working experience with a strong track record in business development and account management in the B2B furniture, home and living or design industryAn established network within the French and/or Belgian design communityAn entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality to grow revenue while ensuring high customer satisfactionThe ability to structure and manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders at various levelsExperience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities with precision and speedExcellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English; additional languages are an advantage
