Then we will look forward to meeting you!Your responsibilitiesRegulatory Guidance:Translate regulatory reporting changes (EMIR, REMIT II, MiFID changes) into concrete actions regarding data requirements and system impactsAnalyse field-level changes and their downstream effectsAnalyse and improve regulatory reporting processes and system workflowsAct as functional bridge between regulatory requirements and IT implementationCollaborate effectively with various stakeholders e.g.: traders, operations, IT, and compliance teams etc.Support enhancements to internal reporting systems and interfaces to Trade RepositorySupport regulatory change initiatives and remediation activitiesDrive standardization and automation where possibleMaintain transparency around regulatory logic and implementation decisionsCollaboration & Communication:Work closely within a multinational team, collaborating with various departments across the organization and engaging with external stakeholdersFacilitate knowledge sharing via proper documentation and foster a culture of data-driven decision-makingCommunicate regulatory insights and updates to stakeholders.Your profileStrong experience and expertise working with large datasets related to trading dataStrong understanding of processes and systems, not just documentationExperience translating requirements into implementable solutionsWorks effectively with various stakeholders across the groupAnalytical mindset and structured thinkingInterest in regulation, controls and data integrityFluent in English (written and spoken); German is advantageous.
