You will lead the local office team, drive commercial execution, oversee financial follow-up (including receivables), and ensure that all administrative, legal, and HR processes run smoothly and compliantly.This is a high-impact position at the crossroads of sales performance, operational excellence, and business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Coordination Manage and develop the local sales administration team Align priorities, clarify roles, and monitor performance Conduct performance reviews and implement action plans Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members Foster a collaborative culture aligned with company values Act as a key interface between local teams, management, and global departmentsCommercial Execution & Business Development Ensure all customer requests and leads are handled promptly and professionally Support quotation preparation and oversee follow-up with clients and prospects Monitor order entry accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with Purchasing & Logistics to ensure seamless delivery execution Develop accounts through participation in tenders, framework agreements, and trade partnerships Contribute actively to revenue growth and customer satisfactionFinancial & Compliance Oversight Coordinate receivables follow-up and payment tracking Ensure financial data and accounting documents are accurately entered into ERP systems Liaise with external accounting partners for tax and statutory reporting Monitor compliance with German legal, financial, and HR regulations Anticipate regulatory changes impacting operations (GDPR, contracts, tenders, etc.)Office & Administrative Management Ensure smooth office operations across legal, HR, and administrative matters Manage supplier relationships and negotiate service contracts Oversee office equipment, safety compliance, and mandatory training organization Maintain employee records, working time tracking, and absence reporting Coordinate with external HR providers for contracts, payroll inputs, and declarations Work closely with the HR Director to keep HR systems up to date and address workplace topicsThe Office Manager may also contribute to cross-functional projects depending on business needs.ProfilWe are looking for a highly organized, accountable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance commercial priorities with operational rigor.Profile RequiredTo succeed in this role, you should have:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Administration Fluency in German and English Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or commercial coordination Demonstrated team management experience Strong understanding of German employment law and administrative complianceKey Skills- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation abilities Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Financial rigor and attention to detail Leadership, high level of discretion and sense of responsibility Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service qualityWir bietenThe position is office based in Offenbach am Main with possibility to home office.- You will hold a strategic position within an international company, with real ownership over local operations and a direct impact on business performance.
