About the Role

About the Team

Our product team consists of specialists in frontend, backend, QA, technical writing and design, as well as engineering managers and other product managers. We work in small collaborative cross-functional squads responsible for specific new features and improvements to our platform, with plans to continue developing our gamification and personalisation domains.

About the Role

As a Product Manager owning the Gamification domain, you will be paired with a Product Lead within a product tribe of 3 squads. Together, you will gather insights from retailers, brands, and internal stakeholders, translating personalisation strategies into specifications for new features. You will have shared ownership, alongside a Lead, of the gamification product vertical within Talon.one's Campaign Manager product and its APIs.

Once You Are Here You Will

  • Develop a deep understanding of the retail and e-commerce landscape, including gamification, personalisation, and loyalty programs.
  • Own discovery end to end — uncover what retailers and brands need through analysis, market research, and direct client engagement, translating it into clear product direction.
  • Build strong relationships with Technical Account and Integration Managers and retail integration partners.
  • Collaborate across departments — commercial, data, and engineering — to share domain knowledge and drive alignment.
  • Define and track key metrics around gamification impact to guide product decisions.

What We Need You to Bring

  • 3+ years in product management, ideally in B2B, internal tooling, or a domain where the end user is not the end consumer.
  • Capacity to make decisions with incomplete information; curious and pragmatic.
  • Self-organized and outcome-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams in an agile setting (2 week Sprints, JIRA).
  • Experience and curiosity with AI tools usage.
  • Fluency in English and strong understanding of B2B, SaaS and API-first products.

What's in It for You

  • 120+ team of engineers, product managers and product designers in Berlin.
  • €1,000 annual learning budget and free German language courses.
  • 30 days annual leave plus extra paid days, home office setup budget, freedom to work abroad up to 90 days.
  • Mental health support with nilo.health, discounted Urban Sports Club, 20% pension subsidy, subsidized BVG ticket, dog-friendly office.
