Your Team
You will join the Lending team, which owns all Solaris SE products with a lending dimension, from overdrafts and installment loans to credit cards. The Credit Risk Tech team builds solutions for regulatory-compliant credit risk management, including credit assessments, credit risk monitoring and early warning systems, and credit agency integrations. In this role, you will be the credit risk tech product owner, collaborating with stakeholders across Credit Risk Management, Operations, Legal and other departments.
Your Role
- End-to-End Product Management: Take full ownership of a product sub-domain, from conceptualization to delivery, aligned with business goals. Form the domain leadership team together with Engineering. Own and drive the vision, strategy and priorities of the Credit Risk Tech products.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, communicating product visions, strategies and updates.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Contribute to the creation and execution of product roadmaps, setting clear priorities and milestones.
- Agile Leadership and Team Guidance: Implement and refine agile methodologies within the development team.
- Solution Design and Innovation: Drive solutions that meet market needs and user expectations.
- Operational Excellence and Compliance: Participate in identifying, managing and mitigating risks and findings in your product domain, aligned with Solaris' compliance and policy standards.
We'd Love to See
Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope will range.
- Domain expertise in Credit Risk Management, ideally in a regulated financial institute
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar
- Passion for combining Finance and Tech
- Highly analytical, with a love for solving complex problems
- Data- and outcome-driven, digging for business KPIs before building
- Collaborative nature
- Comfortable working with AI tools and contributing to a culture of responsible AI use
- Enjoy thinking in processes as much as APIs, with a holistic view
- Strong team player with knowledge of agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), German is a plus
