Oracle Talent / Learning / Compensation Consultant (Freelance)

For the setup of a long-term Oracle HCM expert pool, we are looking for an experienced consultant covering multiple areas across Talent Management, Learning and Compensation . We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. We understand that not every consultant covers all three modules at the same depth. Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the three areas is therefore sufficient.

Contract: Freelance Location: Remote Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume Functional support for Talent, Learning and/or Compensation Issue analysis and bug fixing Configuration and optimization of existing processes Implementation of smaller enhancements and new features Support with Oracle quarterly releases Impact assessments and testing Functional advice to business stakeholders Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the following modules: Talent, Learning, Compensation Productive configuration and support experience Experience with issue analysis and enhancements Good understanding of Core HR processes Experience with releases and testing Ability to work independently with client stakeholders Very good English skills
