Our products consist of complex electronic assemblies and are manufactured in collaboration with international suppliers and contract manufacturers (CM/EMS).TasksElectronics sourcing (PCBs, FPGAs, MCs, components, cables, actuators, power supplies) in the EU and APAC; supplier identification, evaluation and negotiation.Implementation of structured RFQ/RFP processes and bid analyses; use of platforms (Alibaba, 1688) and international fairs.Management of contract manufacturers in APAC/Eastern Europe (EMS/CM): capacity planning, quality, lead times & series production.Handover & maintenance of BOMs, manufacturing documents, EVT/DVT/PVT builds; production monitoring & troubleshooting.Rolling purchasing & production planning (forecasts, MOQ, safety stock); optimisation of working capital.Negotiations for order volumes > £50,000 per order.Ensuring relevant standards: CE, FCC, KC, RoHS, REACH; coordination with test laboratories.Control of import/export, customs duties; application of optimal Incoterms.Use of the ERP system for POs, goods receipts, master data & reporting; inventory analyses & risk monitoring.RequirementsSeveral years of experience in electronics sourcing or supply chain (hardware, IoT, automotive, consumer electronics).Experience with APAC/China suppliers and international contract negotiations.Experience in managing contract manufacturers (EMS/CM).Strong understanding of BOMs, components, PCBs & manufacturing processes.Confident in Incoterms, customs clearance, certifications & RFQ/RFP.Very good ERP, data & Excel skills.Independent, structured, reliable way of working.Fluent English; German a plus; willingness to travel EU/APAC.BenefitsSignificant influence on costs, quality and production reliability.Responsibility for the entire international supply chain.Hybrid work, fast-paced environment and genuine ownership.Working with high-tech hardware in the gaming market.Then join a team that not only develops software, but also experiences you can feel.
