Business Analyst (m/w/d) - (HR Digitization, EX-Reporting, Jira & UAT)

↵Maximum hourly rate: €50Projekt is completely remote On behalf of our client, a world-leading science and technology company, we are looking for immediate support for a global HR program. In this role, you will act as a vital link between HR departments and IT teams. Your goal is to elevate the Employee Experience (EX) to the next level through data-driven feedback loops and modern analytics tools (Tableau/Foundry).

If you are fluent in both "Business" and "IT" and can translate complex data into actionable recommendations, this 7-month project is the perfect fit for you. Projektbeschreibung Requirements Management: Elicitation, analysis, and documentation of technical requirements for EX Reporting Dashboards within Jira. Data Analytics & Consulting: Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable improvement recommendations for the employee lifecycle.

Test Management: Planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Tests (UAT), including the creation of test scripts and defect tracking. Governance & Processes: Implementation of the VOiCE operating model and documentation of process flows (As-Is vs. To-Be analysis).

Workshop Facilitation: Preparation and delivery of Design Thinking sessions and training workshops for internal process teams. Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with an international team (based in Madrid/global) to harmonize HR processes. Skills Experience: 3–5 years of solid professional experience in Business Analysis or IT Project Management (HR context is a strong plus).

Methodology: Proficient in Design Thinking approaches and agile working environments. Tooling: * Expert knowledge of Jira & Confluence (essential for tracking and documentation).Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations). Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language.

Languages: English (professional/native level) – as it is the primary project language. Nice-to-have: Experience with or affinity for data platforms such as Tableau or Palantir Foundry.
