Team

Join our Relationship Management team, the group responsible for some of Raisin's most important strategic relationships. In this role, you'll work directly with senior stakeholders at banks, helping them succeed on our platform and shaping long-term collaboration. In addition, you will contribute to key projects from launching new savings products on the marketplace to supporting technical bank migrations and much more.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build strong, day-to-day relationships with our partner banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared success - enabled by in-person meetings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each bank's requirements and align them with Raisin's platform, working closely with our marketing and distribution teams.
  • Contribute to special initiatives from launching new savings products to supporting strategic rollouts.
  • Work with colleagues across different markets and teams on key projects.
  • Track and report on partnership progress and project outcomes.
  • Keep product information and documentation accurate and up to date.

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B client-facing roles, such as consulting, fintech, or similar industries, with a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders.
  • C1 fluent level in both English and French (written and spoken), with the ability to influence at the executive level; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong academic background in business, economics, or similar field.
  • Structured problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Expectation and willingness to travel regularly to meet partner banks face-to-face.
