Global Account Manager, EMEA Strategics

THE ROLE

As a Global Account Manager (GAM) in EMEA Strategics, you will own a select group of the region’s most important global accounts. You will act as the CEO of the account: developing and executing a multi-year strategy, building trusted relationships with senior executives, opening new buying centres and workloads, and orchestrating Everpure teams and partners across countries to create customer value and deliver growth.

This is a strategic, enterprise sales role for a proven hunter and account leader. You will be expected to create demand—not simply respond to it—and to connect customer business priorities to Everpure’s data infrastructure and platform portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and execute three-year strategic account plans, identifying priorities, stakeholders, opportunities, actions, and measures of success.
• Hunt into new strategic accounts and expand existing franchises by winning new buying centres, countries, workloads, and use cases.
• Establish trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior data, AI, security, infrastructure, and business leaders.
• Lead complex, multi-country sales campaigns and coordinate virtual pursuit teams across Everpure, customer, and partner organisations.
• Position Everpure’s data infrastructure and platform portfolio through outcome-led value propositions, business cases, proposals, and commercial plans.
• Own revenue delivery, partner collaboration, pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity hygiene from first engagement through close and post-sales success.

Regular travel and office presence in our Munich will be required in line with Everpure’s policies.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A strong track record in enterprise or global account sales, strategic account management, or business development within technology, data infrastructure, enterprise software, or related services.
• Demonstrated success as a hunter: opening large, complex organisations and creating demand where Everpure—or a comparable solution—does not yet have a strong footprint.
• Experience growing strategic accounts by opening new buying centres, countries, workloads, or lines of business; this is not a pure account-management role.
• Experience building multi-year account strategies, influencing distributed teams across countries, and working effectively with GSIs, VARs, MSPs, and other ecosystem partners.
• Credibility with C-level and senior business, data, AI, security, and infrastructure stakeholders, supported by strong value selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong pipeline and forecast discipline, business-fluent English, resilience, and willingness to travel across EMEA and internationally.
