Regional Head of Sales Emerging Markets (m/f/d)

To establish a strong market presence, build customer and partner networks, and drive sustainable growth in regions where we do not yet have a local organization or a large sales network, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial sales leader to join us as Regional Head of Sales Emerging Markets (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

Strategic and Commercial Responsibility

• Ownership of the market-entry process, from identifying business opportunities and building networks to generating and closing business with report line to the Group CEOs.
• Responsible for setting and achieving sales and revenue targets, as well as for promoting sustainable growth.
• Translation of global business and sales strategies into actionable regional go-to-market and sales plans, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives.
• Monitoring and managing regional sales performance through KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline development.

Regional Leadership and Global Collaboration

• Lead and coordination of strategic sales and business development initiatives across countries and markets.
• Acting as Natuvion's sales ambassador in new regions, creating visibility and long-term business opportunities.
• Alignment of regional market requirements with the strategic objectives of the Natuvion Group and a global market approach.
• Identification and realization of synergies across customers, partnerships, and sales models and for the positioning while personally supporting key business opportunities.

Sales Excellence and Operational Execution

• Close collaboration with the global Chief Sales & Partner Officer (CSPO) as well as marketing, and delivery teams to execute the global sales strategy across the region.
• Ensure consistent implementation of sales processes, governance, and performance management frameworks.
• Contribution of regional market perspectives and business requirements to global strategic decision-making.
• Lead operational sales activities, including pipeline generation, business development, account acquisition, and contract negotiations.
• Foster cross-regional collaboration and knowledge sharing to maximize commercial success and customer value.

Your Profile

• Several years of (functional) leadership and sales experience in an international sales, business development, or general management role.
• Experience in driving successful expansion and building a market presence in greenfield territories.
• Demonstrated success in developing new markets, expanding international business operations and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution and the passion to develop business from scratch rather than managing established structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within global matrix-driven organizations.
• Fluent English language skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
