Position: Energy System Experts

Type: Contract

Compensation: $40–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in energy systems to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.Review transmission system expansion planning for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.Provide clear, structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance in power distribution.Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing power flow simulations.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Expertise in transmission system expansion planning.Experience with transmission system operations including power flow simulations.Knowledge of power distribution system asset management and field inspection.
