What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

Refine and continuously develop Lio’s design language and visual identityStrengthen our corporate identity through consistent application across templates, presentations, and materialsEnable teams to create CI-compliant assets by building clear templates and guidelinesDesign high-quality visuals such as presentations, banners, and marketing materials for digital and printCollaborate closely with Marketing and other teams to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

Have a strong eye for detail and high design standardsCan translate creative ideas into clean, CI-compliant outputsAre comfortable working with tools like Figma, PowerPoint, and Illustrator or Affinity DesignerThink both creatively and systematically about designEnjoy enabling others and creating scalable design systemsThrive in fast-paced startup environments and take ownership
