About Kombo
Kombo is on a mission to power the world's people data, from hire to retire. We're the unified API for HR, payroll, and recruiting systems: our customers connect once and get access to 250+ integrations, instead of spending months building them one by one. Indeed, Pleo, and Juicebox run their integrations on Kombo, alongside 400+ other teams, syncing data for 250+ million people worldwide. We're past $XXM ARR, backed by $30M+ from YC, Volition Capital, and Acadian Ventures. 60+ people across Berlin and NYC. About The Role
Own the processes, systems, and commercial operations that help Kombo’s GTM teams execute effectively and scale. This is a hands-on, mid-level RevOps role with a strong focus on revenue process, systems, and operational execution. You’ll work closely with BDRs, AEs, CSMs, Marketing, and GTM leadership to understand how teams actually work, identify friction, and turn those insights into better processes, systems, and automation. The goal is simple: make it easier for the GTM team to do great work - while ensuring our commercial processes remain accurate, consistent, and scalable as we grow.
What You’Ll Own
- HubSpot & GTM systems: Build and optimize views, dashboards, layouts, workflows, and other experiences for BDRs, AEs, CSMs, and GTM leaders.
- Deal desk & commercial operations: Support deal approvals, discount governance, and non-standard commercial terms, helping deals move quickly while maintaining appropriate commercial discipline.
- Revenue process & governance: Define and improve sales processes, stage definitions, pipeline hygiene, and the operational cadence around deal and pipeline reviews.
- New-hire onboarding: Own the systems and process side of GTM onboarding, including systems access, territory and quota enrollment, and helping new hires ramp on the sales processes and tools they need to be effective. This does not include owning training content.
- GTM workflows & automation: Design and improve processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead management through opportunity, handoff, onboarding, and expansion.
- Compensation & quota administration: Support compensation and quota administration and help modernize processes that currently rely on spreadsheets, with a focus on accuracy and scalability.
- Process documentation: Map workflows, create SOPs, and make sure new processes are easy for the team to understand and adopt.
- Sales tooling & automation: Evaluate, implement, and improve GTM tools, and identify repetitive tasks that can be eliminated through automation, AI agents, or no-code/low-code solutions
What We’Re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in RevOps, Growth Ops, Commercial Operations, or a similar role, ideally in a fast growing B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting multiple parts of the GTM funnel, ideally including both Sales and Customer Success.
- Strong process orientation - you naturally map workflows, spot bottlenecks, identify gaps, document processes, and create repeatable ways of working.
- Hands-on systems administration experience, ideally with HubSpot. You’re comfortable configuring workflows, views, properties, dashboards, permissions, and other day-to-day GTM systems.
- Quantitative and detail-oriented, with the ability to build reports, analyze operational data, and ensure that processes and outputs are accurate.
- Strong rep empathy - you understand how BDRs, AEs, and CSMs actually work day to day and care about making their jobs easier.
- Hands-on and execution-oriented: you’re happy jumping into HubSpot, preparing a deal review, checking a commission file, configuring a workflow, or fixing a process yourself.
- Able to operate with a high degree of ownership and judgment in a growing organization where processes are still evolving. What matters most is that you can understand how GTM teams work, identify what is slowing them down, and use process, systems, data, and automation to make the organization more effective and scalable.
