Junior Web Developer - Enterprise Collaboration Platform

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Junior Web Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our enterprise collaboration platform. You will work on building and improving features across both our client-facing web application and administrative web platform.What You'll DoFeature DevelopmentDevelop new features and improvements across both client and admin web interfacesBuild user-friendly components and interfaces that are intuitive and accessibleImplement features that enhance user capabilities and platform functionalityUser Experience EnhancementCreate and improve user interfaces that provide seamless user experiencesDevelop user guidance and documentation to help users understand platform capabilitiesBuild feedback systems and notifications to keep users informedIntegration & SupportIntegrate features with existing platform functionalityCollaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth communication between frontend and serverTroubleshoot and fix bugs reported by users or discovered during testingTesting & QualityWrite tests to ensure features work correctlyParticipate in code reviews and maintain code quality standardsTest new features across different scenarios to ensure reliabilityWhat You'll BringBasic to intermediate proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScriptFamiliarity with React and modern web development practicesUnderstanding of web application architecture and component-based designAbility to write clean, maintainable codeStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and willingness to learnNice to HaveExperience with Redux or other state management librariesFamiliarity with React Query for data fetching and state managementKnowledge of web socket technology for real-time communicationFamiliarity with web workers for background processingKnowledge of web accessibility standards and best practicesKnowledge of security best practices in web applicationsExperience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibilityFamiliarity with REST APIs and backend integrationExperience with version control systems (Git)Essential SkillsEnthusiasm for web development and willingness to learn new technologiesGenuine curiosity and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentStrong communication skills and openness to feedbackPassion for building quality, user-friendly solutionsInitiative and proactive approach to tackling challengesThe Values That Define UsExecutionWe deliver results with focus, ownership, and consistency.
