This position acts as a critical link, providing essential support to various operational teams, resolving issues, and contributing to the optimization of processes.Responsibilities Monitor and track operational metrics, identifying potential issues or deviations and escalating as necessary. Provide first-line support for operational inquiries, requests, and incidents from internal teams and external partners.

Document and maintain operational procedures, guidelines, and troubleshooting guides. Collaborate with various departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, IT) to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve workflows. Assist in data collection, analysis, and report generation to support operational decision-making.

Participate in the testing and implementation of new operational tools, systems, and processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and support special projects as required by operational leadership.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in an operations support, administrative, or coordination role, preferably within an e-commerce or logistics environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with operational software or systems (e.g., WMS, CRM) is a plus.
