We're working with a fast-growing telemedicine startup focused on improving access to dermatological care through cutting-edge technology. This is an exciting opportunity to own and evolve their internal operating environment and cloud platform, contributing to enhanced reliability, scalability, and user experience.

The Role

Administer and continuously improve the Microsoft 365 suite including user lifecycle and license management. Serve as the functional owner for Atlassian Jira and Confluence, advising teams on workflow design and governance. Build and maintain secure, reliable integrations between internal and external systems. Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain and evolve AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code. Design, provision, and operate infrastructure via Terraform, establishing reusable modules and standards. Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and reliability practices.

What You'll Need

Proven hands-on experience operating and improving cloud infrastructure on AWS (e.g., EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch). Demonstrated expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies. Strong understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD, observability, automation, release management). Administration experience across Microsoft 365 at a tenant level. Practical experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence including workflow design. Ability to work autonomously, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable improvements with minimal supervision.
