Business Analyst | Berlin, Germany | HybridWe're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a European leader in flexible payment solutions, revolutionizing how consumers and businesses manage their transactions. This role focuses on optimizing accounting products and internal processes within a dynamic product organization.The Role• Participate in product discovery to understand business problems and improvement opportunities.• Gather and structure business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.• Analyse and document end-to-end business processes, from current state to target state.• Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation for both business and technical teams.• Support product managers in breaking down initiatives into MVPs, epics, and backlog items.• Conduct impact and feasibility analyses, especially for changes affecting payments and accounting.What You'll Need• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software product or financial services environment.• Proven ability to analyse and document complex business processes, ideally in fintech.• Demonstrated skill in translating business needs into structured requirements and user stories.• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum environments and the Software Development Life Cycle.• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, comfortable leading requirement discussions.What's On Offer• Opportunity to work within a leading payment solutions provider.• Flexible working conditions within a hybrid model.• A role focused on understanding and improving complex business processes.Important Information• Candidates must be based within reasonable commuting distance of Berlin.• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Germany.• Professional working proficiency in English is required.Apply via Haystack today!
