This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of IoT technology, actively shaping the architecture and functionality of a new software platform designed for interconnected devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with a passion for working with modern programming languages like Rust or Golang, and a keen interest in IoT systems.

This position involves designing and implementing scalable REST APIs, developing robust backend components, and collaborating closely with hardware and embedded systems teams to deliver seamless integrated solutions.QualificationsThe successful candidate should possess several years of experience in backend development, demonstrating proficiency in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient systems. A solid understanding of web technologies such as REST, JSON, WebSockets, and API design is essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in a Linux environment and have experience with modern development workflows.

Experience with Rust is highly desirable; however, candidates with strong backend experience in Golang and a keen interest in Rust are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile development practices will be advantageous.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing a monitoring and control platform for connected systems. Your tasks will include implementing backend features using Rust with asynchronous programming (Tokio), designing REST APIs and system interfaces, and ensuring the robustness of the platform through automated unit and integration tests.

You will contribute to the development and refinement of CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ensuring smooth deployment processes. Collaborating closely with hardware and embedded teams, you will participate in technical conception, effort estimation, and the independent implementation of new features.
