In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and project partners to ensure the successful implementation and compliance of various research and innovation projects. Your responsibilities will include advising partners on funding rules and programme regulations, monitoring project progress, and ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards. You will be instrumental in preparing comprehensive project reports, establishing effective communication plans, and organizing international meetings—virtual, in-person, or hybrid.

Additionally, you will support proposal development, including financial planning, task allocation, and identifying new opportunities for project and company growth. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to impactful health research while working in a collaborative and international environment.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree (MA/MSc) or equivalent, with a project management certification being a plus. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in project management, particularly within the research, innovation, or health sectors, is required.

Proven experience in budget management, proposal development, and compliance monitoring is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong intercultural sensitivity, excellent communication skills in both English and German, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. A background in health-related research or innovation projects will be advantageous.

The ability to think critically, solve problems pragmatically, and work independently while managing multiple priorities is vital for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with colleagues and project partners to safeguard compliance with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.Advise project partners on funding rules and programme regulations to support compliance with formal requirements.Engage with project partners to assess progress, identify potential issues, and find solutions.Review project deliverables to ensure high quality standards and compliance with formal requirements.Prepare project progress and financial reports by gathering, reviewing, and summarizing input from project partners.Establish effective internal and external communication plans in collaboration with the LINQ communication manager, ensuring their execution.Plan, organize, document, and lead international virtual, in-person, and hybrid meetings, including follow-up on action items.Facilitate changes to project work plans, ensuring all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budget.Support proposal preparation, including time planning, task allocation, project structuring, financial planning, and development of management approaches.Identify and develop new opportunities at the project and company level to foster growth and innovation.BenefitsJoining LINQ management GmbH offers more than just a job; it provides an opportunity to contribute to meaningful scientific advancements that can impact global health.
