This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and development of our organization by managing various HR functions. This position requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development, supporting our mission to attract and retain top talent in the industry.QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role is preferred.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite is expected.

The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, with additional language skills considered a plus.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. You will develop and implement HR policies that align with company goals and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.

Supporting employee engagement initiatives and organizing training and development programs will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to foster a positive workplace environment. Additionally, you will maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports for management, and assist in performance management processes.
