In this role, you will be responsible for managing a defined employee group, providing comprehensive HR support across various functions. Your expertise will help ensure that our HR processes align with legal, tariff, and internal standards, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

You will independently handle recruitment activities, from creating job postings to conducting interviews, collaborating closely with departmental managers to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will oversee administrative HR tasks, support personnel development initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR systems and strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence our organizational culture and growth trajectory while working in a supportive and innovative environment.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management or a comparable qualification, such as a certified HR specialist or business economist.

Prior experience in HR management, particularly in recruitment, personnel administration, and development, is highly desirable. You should demonstrate enthusiasm for conceptual tasks, a proactive attitude, and a passion for continuous improvement. High levels of discretion, service orientation, and excellent communication skills are essential, along with a genuine enjoyment of working with people.

The role requires team-oriented thinking, responsibility, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to motivate others. Basic knowledge of labor law and familiarity with payroll systems, preferably P&I LOGA, will be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software like ATOSS is also expected.ResponsibilitiesYour core responsibilities will include managing the entire employee lifecycle for your designated staff, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards.

You will independently execute recruitment processes, including drafting job advertisements, managing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. Supporting the administration of employment contracts, reference letters, and other personnel documents will be part of your daily tasks. You will develop and maintain accurate HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Additionally, you will organize and coordinate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives to foster employee growth. Your role will also involve optimizing HR systems and processes, contributing to the development of HR policies, and supporting management in implementing strategic HR projects.
