In this role, you will be instrumental in managing all HR-related functions for a defined employee group, ensuring compliance with applicable collective agreements, company policies, and legal regulations. Your responsibilities will include executing recruitment processes, managing personnel administration, and supporting employee development initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with departmental managers to optimize HR strategies, develop and implement training programs, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our HR systems. Your role will also involve preparing employment contracts, certificates, and other personnel documents, as well as maintaining accurate HR data and statistics. Additionally, you will coordinate recruitment events, including trade fairs and company presentations, to attract top talent and promote our employer brand.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or an equivalent qualification such as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/m/w/d) or Business Economist (Betriebswirt/m/w/d).

Prior experience in HR management is highly desirable. You should have a strong interest in conceptual HR tasks, demonstrate initiative, and enjoy developing innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset are essential.

You should be a team player with a sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and enthusiasm for HR challenges. Knowledge of labor law and basic payroll processing, preferably with experience in P&I LOGA, is advantageous.
