In this role, you will be instrumental in developing end-to-end analytics products that directly influence business decisions. Your expertise will help build predictive models, optimization algorithms, and data-driven solutions to support various departments such as Omnichannel, Marketing, CRM, Pricing, Purchasing, and Logistics.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of actionable insights and innovative data products.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and software engineering principles. You will work in a modern cloud environment utilizing technologies like Python, SQL, Databricks, MLflow, and Airflow. Your contributions will help enhance our business processes, improve customer satisfaction, and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess a completed degree in a STEM field and have at least five years of professional experience in data science or data analytics, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.

You should have solid knowledge of statistics, time series forecasting, and proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with software and machine learning engineering practices—including model development, testing, versioning, CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring—is essential.You should be familiar with modern data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Airflow, and Power BI, and have a good understanding of MLOps principles. Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to articulate complex insights clearly to diverse audiences.
