Starting from September, this 18-month program is designed to develop the next generation of data science leaders by providing hands-on experience across various business units. You will work directly on data-driven projects that influence strategic decisions and contribute to the company's success. Your responsibilities will include analyzing complex datasets, developing machine learning models, and exploring artificial intelligence applications to solve real-world problems in the media industry.

You should have practical experience in data science through internships or research projects, demonstrating your ability to handle real-world data challenges.

Advanced knowledge of machine learning methods, database concepts, prompt engineering, and generative AI is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL is required, with additional skills in R, Scala, Spark, or other languages considered advantageous. Experience with version control systems like GitHub is also important.

Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset are vital. Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional language skills are a plus.
