In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our customer relationship management system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the continuous development and optimization of our CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with our strategic business objectives and enhances the overall customer experience.

Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and service teams across multiple countries, you will work on designing, implementing, and refining processes that facilitate seamless and efficient customer interactions.
