For our Portfolio Brands Fior & Gentz in Luneburg, Germany and Streifeneder ortho.production in Emmering, Germany we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (w/m/d)who will play a key role in shaping our workplace culture, partnering with leadership, and ensuring that our HR practices support our business objectives.

You will be part of the global People team and can either work from our office in Luneburg near Hamburg or from our Emmering facilities near Munich. The role reports to the People Director Europe, located in The Netherlands, and works closely with the Managing Director for Fior & Gentz in Luneburg and the Managing Directors at Streifeneder ortho.production in Emmering, and their teams.

You will be supported by two HR Generalists who will provide administrative services to all entities and team members in the DACH region.

Your tasks

Act as trusted partner to management. Coach, advise and support them on talent pipeline and performance management, employee relations, and organizational change.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Ensure compliance with local employment law and regulations and company policies.Support employee and leadership development through talent reviews and targeted interventions; drive succession planning and development for high potentials and leaders.In close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, contribute to the development of the employer branding of the organization to attract and retain talent.Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent & Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, and People Technology), making sure their services are delivered timely and efficiently. Participate in and champion global HR programs and projects, ensuring successful local implementation and adoption.Oversee employee development programs and facilitate training sessions.Model our core values, fostering a culture of honesty, frugality and courage in everything you do.

What You Will Bring

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law or related field.Minimum of 7 years of demonstrably successful HR business partnering experience in an international/matrix environment setting.Fluency in German and English language.Knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.Professional interpersonal and influencing skills to partner effectively with senior leaders and diverse teams across geographies.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Capable of driving organizational change, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning.Willingness to travel on a regular basis to the locations in Luneburg, Emmering
