About the Role

Our client, the EU Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA), aims to transform the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism AML/CFT supervision across the EU and enhance cooperation among Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs).The Authority is located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Civitta in cooperation with Synergie Personal Deutschland GmbH is providing temporary staffing services to the agency.Recruitment AssistantAs a Recruitment Assistant at AMLA, you will provide administrative support to the HR team in managing a high volume of recruitment procedures. You will support the organisation and implementation of selection procedures and contribute to ensuring smooth and structured recruitment processes within the Authority.You willSupport the selection process of AMLA staff (screening applications, organising written tests and interviews, preparing reports)Provide administrative support to Selection Committees during all phases of selection proceduresLiaise with external proctoring providers to organise invigilated testsSupport the implementation of recruitment processes, including drafting offer letters and handling pre-employment medical examinationsDraft, publish and disseminate vacancy noticesAssist in the management of the recruitment plan and reserve listsRequirementsUniversity degree of at least 3 years of studyAt least 1 year of professional experience in recruitmentExperience with structured recruitment procedures in EU or international organisations would be considered an assetGood knowledge of Excel and confidence working with IT systems (ability to quickly learn recruitment tools)Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher)Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skillsWhat We OfferFull-time temporary role for 9 months, with possible extension based on operational needsHourly salary: €22.95 (based on 145 working hours per month, the gross monthly salary would be €3,328).Opportunity to work in a prestigious EU Authority within a multicultural environmentA position that provides interesting, varied tasks with a healthy work-life balanceThe expected start date for this position is April 2026We kindly invite you to submit your CV in English by 11 March 2026.
