In this position, you help build an inclusive, engaged, and high‑performing workforce while driving initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and directly contribute to our overall success.Your ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with business leaders to align initiatives with strategic goals and foster a culture of executional excellenceProvide expert guidance on HR practices, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development Support and advise on HR matters, utilizing a people-centric approachAnalyze HR metrics and trends to propose data-driven solutions and enhance overall workforce effectiveness Act as a strategic partner in identifying, assessing, and implementing talent solutions that align with business needsDrive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including process improvements, change management, and team developmentWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of progressive HR experienceDemonstrated experience in HR practices and principles, preferably in a business partner or similar roleStrong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from HR data and metricsStrategic thinking coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solvingWhat We OfferThis is an opportunity for you to join us on a truly exciting transformation journey, where you’ll be able to leave footprints that last and contribute significantly to our vision.
