This full-time or part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful AI solutions that have genuine societal benefits. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, training, and optimizing machine learning models ranging from traditional algorithms to advanced deep learning approaches. Your role will also involve managing data pipelines, ensuring the deployment of models in cloud environments such as Kubernetes, and maintaining the quality and performance of these models through continuous testing and monitoring.

A solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals is required, such as knowledge of neural network layers like ReLU and decision trees, as well as expertise in data preparation, including cleaning and feature engineering. Prior experience with data pipelines, CI/CD processes, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable. Additionally, familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or OTC will be advantageous.

The role also demands excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges early. Candidates should demonstrate curiosity and enthusiasm for the latest developments in AI and machine learning, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include developing, training, and fine-tuning AI and machine learning models, utilizing a variety of algorithms from classical methods to deep learning approaches. You will prepare and manage data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity through effective feature engineering and debugging processes.

Deploying models into cloud environments, such as Kubernetes, will be a core aspect of your role, requiring you to ensure their stability, scalability, and performance in production. You will also be tasked with ongoing quality assurance, including testing, monitoring, and improving existing models and pipelines to adapt to evolving data and requirements. Collaboration is essential; you will work closely with data scientists, DevOps teams, developers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
