In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud and on-premise infrastructure solutions.

You will play a critical part in automating deployment processes, optimizing platform performance, and ensuring the stability and security of our clients' systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and container orchestration, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects with a collaborative team, utilizing the latest tools and methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to provide technical guidance, develop infrastructure strategies, and ensure compliance with security standards.

If you are a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a desire to stay at the forefront of technology, this role is perfect for you.QualificationsSeveral years of professional experience in a DevOps or similar environment.Practical experience with container orchestration and management tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.Experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD.Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools.Familiarity with monitoring and observability solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.Understanding of security standards and best practices for cloud environments.Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable and resilient system architectures in cloud and on-premise environments.Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.Manage and optimize container-based platforms, including Kubernetes and Docker.Develop and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.Ensure adherence to security policies and compliance standards across all infrastructure components.Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to provide technical advice and support project requirements.Create comprehensive project documentation and technical reports for stakeholders.Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate best practices into existing systems.BenefitsOptimus Search offers a competitive compensation package aligned with industry standards, including health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible working arrangements.
