This position is a unique opportunity for a proactive, data-driven, and eager-to-learn individual to develop their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Job DescriptionSupport our supplier logistics team in aligning their needs with business growth objectivesAnalyse data to identify opportunities for improving logistics processes, supporting market growth strategies, and enhancing network efficiencyEvaluate business development KPIs to identify trends and recommend process improvements for operational excellence within the Logistics departmentContribute to the development of growth strategies and tenders to support international growth and operational scalabilityConduct internal audits of logistics systems to ensure accurate implementation of contract details and complianceDeliver reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that provide actionable insightsChallenge assumptions and guide stakeholders by combining data with business context to recommend the most relevant KPIs and solutionsEnsure data clarity, consistency, and reliability to empower informed, insight-driven logistics decisionsQualifications3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, business development, supply chain, or logisticsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related fieldStrong business acumen: you are curious and genuinely interested in understanding how our company and logistics function operate. For you, building a report or maintaining a data pipeline is not the final goal — it’s a way to secure reliable data that enables meaningful analysis and better business decisionsExcellent analytical skills with great attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or risks in dataProactive, problem-solving mindset: you don’t just deliver numbers, you deliver answers and recommendationsAdvanced proficiency with Google Sheets is a must; experience with SQL is a plus. Fluency in English is required.
