About the Role

Attio is an AI-native platform trusted with customers' most sensitive data. We're looking for a Security Engineering Lead to build and lead Attio's Product Security function, spanning application security and security operations, working alongside Engineering Leadership.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead Attio's Product Security function, securing the large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform.
• Work with Engineering Leadership peers to ensure Attio is secure by design.
• Understand and mitigate risks and attack vectors associated with AI-driven product features and AI-assisted development.
• Lead production security incident response, creating remediation plans and driving to resolution.
• Recruit and retain a world-class team of Security Engineers and SecOps practitioners.

What We Offer

Competitive salary of €120,000 to €145,000, equity, Apple hardware, team off-sites, open to candidates living in Poland, Germany, Portugal, or Ireland.
