UXS Training & Demo Manager (m/f/d)

To expand our capabilities across all operational environments, we are actively seeking UXS Training Managers specializing in air, ground, and sea domains, with a strong focus on mapping and GIS-enabled workflows.

As a UXS Training & Demo Manager with a focus on Mapping & GIS, you are responsible for enabling customers and internal trainers to effectively process, analyze, and exploit mapping data generated by our UAS platforms. You act as the subject matter expert for mapping workflows and post-processing, ensuring that both internal teams and customers can fully utilize the end-to-end mapping capability of Quantum Systems' solutions—from mission planning to final geospatial outputs. Your role is training-driven, with a strong emphasis on practical application and operational use of mapping data, rather than pure GIS analysis.

You take on three core areas of responsibility within our Training, Demo & Documentation team: training, demonstrations, and documentation. In your training role, you equip customers with the knowledge and skills required to safely and effectively operate our unmanned systems, with a particular focus on mapping missions, data acquisition, and post-processing workflows, ensuring proficient use of the entire Quantum Systems product line. In your demo role, you act as a frontline ambassador of Quantum Systems, presenting our cutting‑edge UXS solutions—including their survey-grade mapping and data exploitation capabilities—to future customers and decision-makers through professional demonstrations that create impactful first impressions.

Additionally, you contribute to our documentation efforts by capturing lessons learned, identifying emerging customer needs—particularly around data processing, quality, and usability—and recording other critical information that helps continuously improve our products and services.

Embedded within our Governmental Sales team, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to support international customer engagements and to continuously strengthen our internal and external training capabilities in mapping and geospatial data exploitation.

What Is Your Day to Day Mission

• Ensure the full readiness and functionality of all assigned UXS platforms—across air, ground, and sea—by preparing systems specifically for mapping missions, including optimized mission parameters and data capture setups prior to global deployments
• Create and maintain engaging, high‑quality instructional materials—including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises—with a strong focus on mapping workflows, photogrammetry, and post-processing. Keep all documentation up to date in German and English, integrating lessons learned and customer feedback
• Lead hands‑on training sessions with a focus on mapping missions, data acquisition, and post-processing, enabling trainees to execute end‑to‑end workflows from mission planning to geospatial output generation
• Assess trainee performance across theoretical and practical modules, with particular attention to data quality, processing accuracy, and workflow understanding, and provide actionable feedback to improve operational outcomes
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing survey-grade mapping capabilities and data exploitation workflows, and translating technical outputs into clear operational value for a wide range of stakeholders

What You Bring to the Team

• Ideally you have a military, police, or governmental background with operational experience (nice to have, not mandatory)
• You are able to independently plan, conduct, and evaluate training sessions for customers in German or English; additional languages are a plus
• You have hands-on experience with UAS platforms and mapping workflows, including data acquisition and post-processing (e.g. photogrammetry tools)
• You are confident presenting complex technical topics to demanding, security-focused audiences in a clear and practical way
• You are willing to travel worldwide, including to regions with challenging conditions
