The Role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead Distribusion's most strategically important client projects in the LatAm region.

What You Will Do

• Lead pre-sales and delivery of complex API and e-commerce projects, acting as the primary point of contact for external partners while facilitating collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Operations.
• Develop blueprint processes for the rollout of standard product offerings.
• Guide product development by systematically capturing market needs and partner insights.

Workplace: Berlin/Hybrid or Europe/Remote, collaborating with teams around the globe with HQ in Berlin.

Who You Are

• 4+ years managing technical projects or solution delivery, including in a consulting or high growth environment.
• Confident navigating technical topics like API integrations, architecture diagrams, and e-commerce.
• A structured communicator who can translate complexity into clarity for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Business fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Open to business travel to key markets in Latin America.
