Your Mission
This is a company built for growth. When you join exmox, you're stepping onto a global, highly competitive playing field, solving real problems in environments that push you beyond your comfort zone. We're rapidly scaling one of the most exciting innovations in mobile gaming: a rewarded user engagement and acquisition platform that helps publishers acquire and retain players.
As Senior Technical Product Manager (f/m/x), this role isn't just about shipping features, it's about building products that perform. Product at exmox means understanding the bigger technical and business picture, working closely with Engineering, and turning strategy into precise, technically grounded product decisions that create real value.
What You'll Own
- Technical product strategy & vision: Together with Engineering leads, you shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a clear understanding of technical constraints and opportunities.
- Discovery, scoping & prioritization: You gather and balance inputs from engineering, user research, data, and stakeholders. You write detailed, unambiguous requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Agile ownership & delivery: You own the product backlog end-to-end: grooming, refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization.
- Technical stakeholder alignment: You translate business needs into precise engineering requirements, and translate technical realities back into language stakeholders understand.
- Experimentation & continuous improvement: You leverage A/B testing, analytics, and system monitoring to validate ideas, measure outcomes, and drive ongoing product and technical improvements.
What You Bring
- Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager building digital products, ideally in mobile gaming, ad-tech, e-commerce, or online marketing.
- Engineering fluency: you can read and discuss API contracts, system architectures, database schemas, and technical trade-offs.
- Deep hands-on experience owning a product backlog: writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, running sprint ceremonies.
- Solid experience using quantitative data, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and product analytics tools.
- At least 4 years of experience working with cross-functional engineering and product teams on high-scale digital products with millions of users.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
