How You'll Demonstrate Ownership

We're looking for a Project Manager who enjoys solving complex challenges, takes ownership of outcomes, and is motivated by delivering measurable value. This role goes beyond managing timelines — you'll lead transformational AI implementation projects that help some of the world's largest industrial organisations modernise how they operate, from contract signing through deployment and value realisation.

The Impact You Bring

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through deployment, adoption, and value realisation.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, customer outcomes, and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product teams, and Customer Success.
• Translate customer objectives into measurable success metrics and facilitate Value Realisation Workshops.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability, and cost management.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, leading steering committees.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and data architecture.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting and margin management.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
