About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Engineer, Storage Services to help design, build, operate, and improve storage capabilities across the Nscale platform, including Block, File, Parallel, and Object services, reporting to the VP Storage Services and working closely with Principal Engineers.

What You'll Be Doing

Storage Services Engineering

• Build storage services across Block, File, Parallel, and Object storage technologies.
• Operate and improve storage platforms to support scalable, resilient, and secure service delivery.
• Implement designs, architectures, and service improvements in partnership with senior engineers.

Platform Integration and Operations

Assist with integrating storage services into the broader platform to ensure interoperability with compute, networking, and platform tooling.

Reliability, Monitoring, and Incident Response

Monitor service health, performance, and capacity across the storage estate, improving observability and troubleshooting incidents using a structured approach.
