About Berlitz
We're building a new global Berlitz, and this is your opportunity to help shape it. Nearly 150 years of expertise, meeting the ambition and technology to power a new era of learning.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Platform team in an internal-facing role focused on delivery excellence. You'll be the connective tissue across product teams — enabling fast, informed decision-making, keeping engineering delivery on track day-to-day, making sure our platform holds up to country-specific regulatory requirements as we scale globally and defining requirements for the platform back office.
Alongside the day-to-day delivery work, you'll run a set of platform-wide programs: centralizing consent management and interfacing with the GTM team.
What You'll Do
Delivery & Coordination
- Liaise with Group Product Managers (GPMs) — act as a key point of coordination across product fault lines
- Lead daily ceremonies — run stand-ups and other recurring delivery ceremonies with engineering
- Troubleshoot with engineering — partner directly with engineering leads to unblock delivery issues in real time
- Lead triage for cross-cutting bugs and defects
- Drive process improvement — identify recurring delivery bottlenecks or compliance gaps
Platform Delivery (Program)
- Own the platform-wide program ensuring the platform meets country-specific regulatory and functional requirements (e.g., GDPR) consistently as we scale globally
- Lead the program to consolidate consent management into a single, consistent framework across the platform
- Build the platform back office for technical support
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience, including experience in platform or delivery-focused roles
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive decisions quickly
- Strong operational rigor — comfortable running ceremonies, triage processes, and cross-team workflows
- Experience working closely with engineering on troubleshooting and delivery issues; technical fluency is important
- Experience owning a partner-facing or multi-market product, with sensitivity to regional variation across a large footprint (70 countries)
