About the Role

In a Nutshell

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will work in our new Fulfilment Center in the Berlin/Brandenburg area (Falkensee), working with highly automated intralogistics systems from leading brands such as Apollo, Qimarox and Regal Rexnord. You will take operational responsibility for maintenance during your shift and lead our team of Maintenance Technicians.

You set priorities, ensure safe and structured ways of working and act as the key link between Maintenance and Operations. When critical breakdowns occur, you take the lead and work with your team to get systems back up and running quickly.

What You'll Do

  • Lead & develop your team: You lead the Maintenance Technicians during your shift, coach them on the job and support their development
  • Own the shift: You set priorities, coordinate maintenance activities and ensure high-quality work and equipment availability
  • Manage critical breakdowns: You coordinate your team during technical issues and work closely with Operations to minimize downtime
  • Drive safety & structure: You ensure that safety standards are followed and that maintenance work is carried out in a clean and structured environment
  • Drive continuous improvement: You identify improvement opportunities and implement Lean, 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate across teams: You work closely with Operations, Maintenance Engineers and external maintenance partners
  • Competitive salary with growth potential: Starting at €70,000 gross/year, with annual performance reviews

What You Bring

  • Completed technical qualification with further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or a technical degree (Bachelor/Master) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical or maintenance environment, ideally within an automated, logistics or production environment
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience, for example as a Team Lead, Lead Technician, Supervisor or comparable role
  • A hands-on mindset and understanding of both the technical and operational side of maintenance
  • Experience with Lean, 5S and Continuous Improvement
  • Fluent in English (German is strong plus)
