In a Nutshell
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll work in our soon-to-open Fulfilment Center in Berlin/Brandenburg (Falkensee) with the latest intralogistics systems from top brands like Apollo, Qimarox, and Regal Rexnord. You'll be responsible for keeping our Material Handling Equipment running at peak performance, solving malfunctions independently, and implementing improvements. You'll coach junior colleagues to elevate the team, ensuring tens of thousands of orders reach families on time every day.
The Tricks of the Trade
- Troubleshooting malfunctions: You detect and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues in technical systems, working closely with operational supervisors
- Collaboration with suppliers: For complex problems, you work directly with machine suppliers to find solutions
- Analysis and improvement: You analyze malfunctions, prevent recurrence, and implement structural improvements
- Preventive maintenance: You perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure maximum system availability

About You
- Ausbildung and/or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mechatronics, automation)
- 7+ years of experience in a technical or maintenance role
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including measurement and camera systems
- Experience with software tools such as CMMS and/or ICS/SCADA tools
- Strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating in a team
- Independent, takes initiative, and solves problems in a goal-oriented way
- Fluent in English and/or German
