Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d)

<br><strong>These tasks are waiting for you</strong><p><ul><li>Take technical ownership of Configuration Experience — the team that builds and manages our insurance products — and set the direction for how the team delivers.</li><li>Spend the bulk of your time hands-on: researching technical solutions, writing RFCs, building PoCs with other teams, and shipping the resulting code yourself.</li><li>Act as a sparring partner for product managers and stakeholders on key business and technical decisions.</li><li>Keep delivery on track — plan realistically, follow agile principles, hit deadlines.</li><li>Lead people by example: give feedback, run team meetings, support colleagues' growth.
