Mews's Front of House engineering organisation is growing in scope and clarity of purpose, and this role directs a significant part of it: how to scale a guest experience platform to recognise and personalise across millions of interactions, while keeping delivery fast, systems healthy, and teams capable of moving with confidence. As Director of Product & Engineering - Operations, you'll direct the engineering teams building guest recognition, personalised experiences, automation, role-aware workflows, and joined-up guest journeys, working closely with Product, Design, Data, and other engineering directors to translate strategy into execution.
You have changed how a whole engineering organisation works through AI, helping set the standards, tooling, and expectations for how engineering teams use AI responsibly and effectively at scale.
Germany Salary Range: €111,500 — €164,900 EUR.
