About the Role

We are seeking a Deployment Engineering Director to lead and scale a high-performing engineering team responsible for core platform systems used across the company, driving multi-quarter platform initiatives that improve delivery velocity, system reliability, and product quality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team responsible for core platform systems.
• Define and drive multi-quarter platform initiatives that improve delivery velocity and system reliability.
• Take ambiguous, high-impact problem areas and turn them into clear execution plans.
• Drive alignment across multiple teams working on complex, interdependent systems.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related engineering field with 10+ years of Systems Engineering Management experience.
• Experience working in a large cloud provider or hyperscale data center environment.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with virtualization, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), infrastructure-as-code (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet/Chef), and GPU burn-in and validation testing at scale.
