In this role you take ownership of one of Angst+Pfister’s most strategic product lines: O-rings and molded parts.

These components are essential in industries ranging from water and food to mobility and energy.This is your opportunity to define and execute the product strategy for static sealing applications, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs across all channels – OEM, Production, Online, and Resellers.You will be at the heart of strategic product management: combining market understanding, technical knowledge, supplier collaboration, and commercial acumen to ensure our portfolio stays competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs.YOUR MISSIONOwn the global product strategy for O-rings and molded parts, targeting key industries and applications (e.g., drinking water, food & beverage, mobility, process industry).Lead assortment development: introduce new products, phase out underperforming SKUs, and anticipate future market needsDefine value propositions, pricing logic, and competitive positioning through market research and analysisDrive cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Channel ManagersRepresent the product line in customer meetings and support sales teams with training and technical expertiseCollaborate with suppliers and sourcing to ensure supply reliability and develop new manufacturing partnershipsSupport online channel growth by optimizing product content, article data and publication strategiesYOUR PROFILEDegree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or business with strong technical orientation5–10 years of experience in product management, ideally in elastomeric components, sealing systems, or industrial B2B marketsSolid technical understanding of static sealing applications (using O-rings, molded elastomer parts) and materials (EPDM, FKM, NBR, etc.)Proven track record in portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and pricingEntrepreneurial mindset with strong project management and communication skillsFluent in local language and English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g. German, Italian, French) are a plusAngst+Pfister DNAThe Angst+Pfister Group has been a leading development and production partner for industrial components for over 100 years.
