People Operations Partner

We’re looking for a People Operations Partner to ensure smooth people operations and oversee daily administrative activities at Almedia.

You Will

Handle core admin: contracts, document checks, compliance basics, employee queriesOwn onboarding/offboarding logistics, equipment tracking, and documentationMaintain HRIS data accuracy and routine updates, support process improvementsManage travel: bookings, invites, follow-ups, and approvalsCoordinate employee surveys and engagement initiativesPayroll Prep & Benefits: Collect variables, update Personio, file docs, run monthly benefit checks, first-line support.

You Have

2+ years in People/HR operations at a startup or growing companyYou’ve got a sharp eye for detail and thrive in the rhythm of high-volume, fast-moving work.Familiarity with German employment basics; able to read letters and make calls is a plusHands-on experience with HRIS and everyday office toolsFull proficiency in English required; German (B2) nice to haveSystems-minded and solution-oriented approach to long term problem solving
